I remember Mr. Vomero’s happy, upbeat nature, and his fantastic bird whistle imitations – he always made me laugh. God bless him and his family.

Jimmy Vomero was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather & great grandfather…. Whenever his children, grandchildren, etc. were mentioned, his face would light up; he was so proud of his and Anita’s clan! I met him for the first time when I was 12 years old. Sometimes I would accompany Anita to visit at his parents’ home. I was bridesmaid at their wedding and even got to attend their 50th wedding anniversary party. He proved his mettle when becoming Captain of a NY Fire Department & was loved by his dept. group…. May this exceptional man rest in peace. Love, Dolores
