  1. Just to let friends know of all the good times and long long phone calls we had with Bill. He used my old eyeglasses and loved us sending him CD’s and cassettes of music he wanted to listen to. We don’t live near, but stayed in touch in the off season and loved all the stories of ‘George’, Mom, and lots of friends and family and Yankee History. Rest in Peace Bill,Love, Maxine and Ed Alstrom

  2. Thanks Bill for all the fun times meeting and having pre-game meals at the Deli and long phone conversations all year! It was so funny when my eyeglasses were your prescription and you wanted my old ones to wear. You loved telling me stories of you and ‘George’ and your Mom and all your family and lots of baseball stories too. Thanks for all the messages and calls all year long and meeting up at the Stadium too and filling me in on lots of Yankee History!

  3. I will miss our weekly conversations when we recalled our childhood memories and thefunny things that happened along the way. Your amazing recollections of our relatives and our time spent with Grandma Maude in Sodus Point when we were little. You always amazed me how you remembered so much about our relatives – all of thathelped me with our ‘family tree’, but sadly, any future questions I have will never be answered. I will miss you so much Bill. You were a wonderful cousin. I knowour Moms are going to be very happy to see you. Love you always.
