Kind. I think that's the word for them. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. They were wonderful and so appreciated.
Thank you for your professionalism and compassion. The thoughtful gestures such as the food you provided after we made the arrangements and while in the limo were very much appreciated. Losing a loved one is difficult but I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands with you.

It is difficult to imagine a 5-star experience in the funeral home services, but Branch should really get an extra star! I met Patrick at HSW and I remember thinking that there was an angel in front me. Not only seeing him as a good boy but he had something very special and spiritual about him. We only spoke for a few minutes and I can still remember the feeling. May Patrick find peace with God and may his family find peace knowing he is safe with a God as he was with the beautiful family he came from.
