Kind. I think that's the word for them. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. They were wonderful and so appreciated.
Thank you for your professionalism and compassion. The thoughtful gestures such as the food you provided after we made the arrangements and while in the limo were very much appreciated. Losing a loved one is difficult but I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands with you.

It is difficult to imagine a 5-star experience in the funeral home services, but Branch should really get an extra star! Our situation was unusual and difficult, in many regards, but Steve made all the pieces come together so well. He is very patient and understanding and the consummate professional.

Al, or as referred to him as “Junior” was the brother I never had. Our parents were best friends and the LaLicata’s became our extended family. Though many years have passed I will always remember his warm smile and heart. My condolences to Marie and their family. He is a great loss. May he rest in peace.
