Kind. I think that's the word for them. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do for us. They were wonderful and so appreciated.
Thank you for your professionalism and compassion. The thoughtful gestures such as the food you provided after we made the arrangements and while in the limo were very much appreciated. Losing a loved one is difficult but I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands with you.

It is difficult to imagine a 5-star experience in the funeral home services, but Branch should really get an extra star! Our situation was unusual and difficult, in many regards, but Steve made all the pieces come together so well. He is very patient and understanding and the consummate professional.

This little kitten was only days old and howling with hunger when he was brought to our office by a grad student. He was so vocal, within minutes Carol Brekke had named him “Caruso.” Christina (the grad student), Laura and I bottle fed him and provided round the clock care until he was old enough to go to a permanent home. He spent weekdays in my office, and provided much needed “kitten therapy” to students and faculty too.
