Arlene J. Koffer, age 83, of Ridge, NY died Saturday, December 26, 2015. Born June 7, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Florence (McCormack) Matthews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard T. Koffer. She is survived by two loving daughters: Kathleen DeFrank of Rocky Point, NY, Noreen Simone of FL, two sons: Thomas Koffer of PA, Timothy Koffer of FL and nine cherished grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 am on Wednesday, December 30 at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 614 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY. Burial will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, N.Y. at 10:30 am. Calling hours will be Tuesday, December 29 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, NY.
