Guestbook

  1. Just heard about Ed’s passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. The family is in my thoughts and prayers.

  2. Sincere condolences. We only knew Ed through his professional services and so appreciated his assistance. Ed’s visited our home innumerable times over the years reliably fixing appliances, occasionally we couldn’t be home and, by pre-arrangement, simply left the door unlocked for him. We always enjoyed his visits and thoroughly enjoyed his understated, gentle, sense of humor. We are very sorry for your loss.

  3. candleNo words can fully express the sadness that has overcome your family. We hope and pray that your family can find happiness in the many cherished memories of your life with your beloved Edward. Husband, father, grandfather, friend and so much more! Our deepest condolences for your loss.

  12. Dear Dianne and Family,
We just learned today of Ed’s passing and are still in shock. He’s been coming to our house for years to repair our appliances and then staying to chat and poke a little fun at us. He particularly liked to remind me of the time I left a LONG explanatory note about the problem with my dryer and how he (or Keith?) responded “fewer words”. He laughed each time he saw us after that. The last time he was here, just a few months ago, he told us to be sure we had a cup of fresh coffee for him when he returned.
We will miss him so much and are our hearts are heavy for your loss.

  13. I am so very sorry to hear about Ed! He was the nicest sweetest guy! I knew Ed since I met Joe he has fixed our washer dryer in first apartment watched us marry her a house and fixed our new stuff he saw us have kids and watch our kids move off to college. He was just an amazing man! I will miss him dearly. Many times especially when we started out he would charge us little to nothing knowing we were trying to make ends meet with 4 little ones!! Last time I saw him he came to fix my frig when he walked in and saw my dishwasher with a pail under hose he fixed that too! I can hear him yelling at me Linda are you kidding me did you let joe fix that! I will never forget his generosity and stories he would tell me as I watched him fix our things. He was a class act!
