Elizabeth Shane

Elizabeth Ann Shane, age 65, of Rocky Point, New York died Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Elizabeth was born March 29, 1958 in Smithtown, New York. She is the daughter of the late Alfred and the late Margaret Mortensen. She was employed by Nesconset Nursing Center, Smithtown, New York as an LPN. She is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Shane, her loving daughter, Sarah Shane and her dear brother Peter Mortensen. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Rocky Point Funeral Home, 603 Route 25A, Rocky Point, New York. Religious services will be held 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at the funeral home. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Friends and family will meet at the funeral home 9:30 am on Friday, March 15, 2024 for a closing prayer at 10:00 am and we will proceed to Cedar Hill Cemetery, Liberty Avenue, Port Jefferson, New York for burial.
