We are thinking of you and your family, Jess, and sending you strength in this time of loss. With heartfelt condolences from your friends at Bard,
Joe was one of the nicest guy’s I’ve known. I first met him about 10 years ago when he opened the thrift store and came to Rocky Point Hardware for hardware and other things. I bought quite a few things from the thrift store. I haven’t seen him in about a year but knew he was doing well enjoying his mail carrier job.
My heart breaks for all that the family is going through. I will not be able to make it to the wake as I am working that night so please accept my deepest condolences.
We will forever cherish the hundreds of conversations we all got to have with a truly kind and endearing man. Joe was our postal carrier in Tanger Outlets and always had something nice to say each and every morning. We were all devastated when we heard the news and are still in shock. We offer his family our sincere condolences.
